Paradox:

something in which seems foolish, however gives life to an admirable meaning.

ozzy.jpg

There is person living in my head
She comes to visit every night in bed
I fight the demon, but it just won't fall
The voices in my dungeon starting to call

The spiders dancing on the wall
Suicide of love we could have had it all
And it is you, you are the ghost behind my eyes
The ghost that tells me lies

The princess of the dark has made my mind home
My haunted head and her won't leave me alone
She dances on my heart with fire in my soul
I hate that feeling when I'm loosing control

The spiders dancing on the wall
Suicide of love we could have had it all
And it is you, you are the ghost behind my eyes
The ghost that tells me lies

(Ozzy Osborne, Album Cover)

The yellow highlighted writing located in the song is definetly a paradox. Artists and poets would usually use a term such as this if they were wishing to make the audience conceive a more profound meaning of their works. These few words seem completely odd together, however there is a deeper meaning to them. What Ozzy is creatively describing is how Sharon is the only one on his mind and that he has fallen totally in love with her.
